Inclement Weather Policy

Kingsbury Day School follows D.C. Public Schools' decision in the event of inclement weather. The only exception to this rule is on Wednesdays. If DCPS announces a late opening, KDS will be closed since Wednesday is a half-day for students.

Kingsbury's other operations (diagnostic testing, tutoring, etc.) follow the decision of the federal government. The Northern Virginia Tutoring Office follows the decision of Fairfax County Public Schools.
