HSC Foundation
Kingsbury has a strong partnership with The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation which has helped fund several projects including our Career Investigation for Transitioning Youth Program (CITY). The CITY Program is a partnership between Kingsbury Day School and George Washington University in which 11th and 12th grade students explore various career fields on GWU campus and subsequently can participate in paid summer and school year internships in those fields. Additionally, HSC funded the creation of the brochure “Partnering with your Child’s School: A Guide for Parents – Information and Resources for Families of Children with Learning Disabilities.” Please feel free to visit their homepage at www.hscfoundation.org.
