Kingsbury's corps of more than 80 professional tutors bring years of experience and a wide array of expertise to the job. They are carefully selected individuals who have experience in teaching or related fields. All complete Kingsbury's rigorous tutor training program, in which tutors learn a variety of teaching methods, such as Orton Gillingham, Lindamood Bell, Wilson and Phono-Graphix. Ongoing professional development ensures that all of our tutors are up to date on the most effective strategies and tools for working with students with a variety of needs.

Our tutoring program is further enhanced by teamwork among Kingsbury's diagnosticians and psychologists, who work together with tutors to assess and refine teaching strategies throughout the process. We also have a tutor resource library on hand in which tutors can find the latest books, hands-on educational materials and instructional games for use in their lessons.
