Helping children and adults discover how they learn best is at the heart of everything we do at Kingsbury and tutoring is no exception. Our approach focuses on an individual’s strengths and weaknesses to make learning successful.

Since 1938, Kingsbury has provided high quality tutoring services to individuals of all ages in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. Kingsbury's certified tutors have the educational background and specialized skills to help children and adults learn. With input from Kingsbury educators, psychologists, and diagnosticians, our tutors create individualized learning plans based on each student's strengths and learning style. The plan is continually changed to accommodate growth and mastery as the student progresses.
